OHARU is a community-driven humanitarian initiative dedicated to creating equal educational opportunities for children from underserved ethnic minority communities in Bangladesh. We believe that every child, regardless of their ethnicity, socioeconomic background, or geographical location, deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to build a future of their own choosing.

In Bangladesh, children growing up in remote and marginalized communities often face educational challenges that extend far beyond the classroom. Geographical isolation, financial hardship, limited educational resources, and unequal access to opportunities can make it difficult for them to receive the same educational support and experiences available to children in other parts of the country.

These barriers can affect more than academic achievement. They can limit children’s confidence, aspirations, and opportunities to explore their potential. At OHARU, we believe that every child deserves the chance to overcome these challenges and pursue their ambitions.

At OHARU, we believe that meaningful change begins with understanding the unique challenges faced by the children and communities we serve. Our approach goes beyond providing educational materials. We aim to create a supportive environment where children have access to the resources, guidance, and encouragement they need to succeed.

Through educational assistance, school supplies, uniforms, mentorship, and personal development opportunities, we strive to remove barriers that prevent children from continuing their education.
